What can be done when the original parts are not available?
We offer you our obsolescence management solutions via reverse engineering. This enables us to design and manufacture the obsolete parts identically.
We undertake new studies and create a validation and qualification file. We test these redesigned parts with (series, fatigue, etc.) tests that must demonstrate that their performance is at least equivalent to that of the original parts.
For example, we work on bodywork and have remade the moulds for external fairings; we remake metal parts -structural parts such as those forming part of passageways and gears (gear rings), etc. We have even gone as far as remaking moulds for axle boxes!
Our team specialising in3D dimensional analysis and quality control is at your disposal and can even collect this data on site!
